For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Country refers to: Türkiye.

Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
Service refers to the CarPlay Connect Pro App and associated platforms, including this website and mobile application.
Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding
use of the Service.
Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content provided by a third party that may be displayed or included within the Service.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company/other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service,
as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Service and form the agreement between You and the Company. They outline the rights and obligations of all users
regarding the Service. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of the Terms,
You must not access or use the Service.

You represent that You are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit individuals under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy, which explains how We collect and use

including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. The total liability of the Company for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by You
for the Service or 2 USD if no payment has been made.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure,
or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, excluding its conflict of law rules. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, national,
or international laws.

Dispute Resolution

If You have any dispute about the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting Us at info@manav.studio.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Failure to enforce any provision of
these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
